Agricultural production has a close relationship with light,traditional agricultural lightinghas many shortcomings, such as low efficiency,high energy consumption, low luminousefficiency. Looking for new light sources become an urgent problem in agriculture. With thedevelopment of LED technology, and the decrease of its cost, Domestic and foreignprofessormade efforts to explore around the LED light source applications in agriculture and hadmade significant progress.LED has many advantages compared with the other electric lightsources.First, it has good traits of photoelectric such as longer life, small size, low energyconsumption, high luminous efficiency and low heat production. Second, light spectralcomposition of LED light source can be easily integrated or tailored according to the need ofplant. Research the application of LED light sources in agriculture has great significance in theapplication of modern agricultural in the future.According to the present situation of research about LED lighting system for lighting onplant was in relatively backward in China. On the basis of previous studies, From the analysis ofplant physiology need light,plants absorb mainly red-orange light (wavelength595nm~700nm),blue-violet light (wavelength370nm~435nm) for photosynthesis. LED.Using the ray tracingsoftware TracePro to build model of LED Grow Lights, and observing illumination distribution,intensity distribution of the LED lighting control system.Combined illuminance formula withlaw of sparrow to calculatethe distance between the LED light to achieve uniform illumination.According to the simulation results and the calculated design LED grow lighting modules.Selection of a stable and efficient IC, andcombined stm32master chip, transplanted embeddedoperating system to control LED Grow lighting system, designed for manual dimming mode andauto mode analog sunrise sunset.Using designed LED lighting systems to experiments oilseedrape cultivation,to explore the effectiveness of LED lighting systems for plant growth.Achievethe purpose enhance plant quality and shorten the growth cycle reduce operating costs of plant.Using handheld spectrometer detected illumination and spectral of the LED lighting module,can learn that spectral range of plant growth and spectral range of LED lighting system was fullyconsistent, and lower power consumption than traditional agriculture lighting.In oilseed rape experiments can see that the lighting system used oilseed rape and bredunder natural light oilseed rapewas indifference, And description of the plant growing LEDlighting system can be used in plant breeding.
