A Humanity Study Of Auxiliary Appliance For The Disabled

In line with Marxism, there are two kinds of measures, namely, the measure ofmatter and the measure of human. The reasonable technology development takes themeasure of human and the measure of matter into account, realizing the unified andharmonious development of both human system and physical property system. Itshould be noted that these techniques conform to human nature. The humantechnology is bound to be transformed into technology humanism in terms of thegrowth of human society. Auxiliary devices are designed and produced under thecondition of combining Medical Science and Engineering Science, which are thespecific products with an aim to helping the handicapped recover to independentliving, working and returning to society. The highest value of technology is theall-round development of human beings. And the evolution of technology shall becarried out around the way of realizing people’s development. With philosophy oftechnology, artistic design and rehabilitation as the theoretical foundation focusing onsystem theory&critical theory of technology and the auxiliary devices research&development, design as well as application for the disabled as the background, thisarticle consider every element related to auxiliary devices for the disabled such ashuman, auxiliary devices and environment as a system. Analyzing from everyelement and discussing the relationship between human and technology, technologyand environment. This article presents issue of human nature of technology at first,and start to ponder that as the technology activity, the evolution of auxiliary devicesshould also be humanized. Based on multidisciplinary knowledge, this article exploits3D systematic model of Disabled-Auxiliary Devices-Environment with the finalpurpose to incorporate element of human nature and other elements, realizing theperfection connection between “Human nature” and “Physical property”. In my view,auxiliary devices are consisted of several elements, which are a complex system,including three major elements: human, machine and environment that are collateraland equally important with common target, namely, the realization of optimizationand humanization of auxiliary devices. The biggest feature of humanized auxiliarydevices is integrality. This text keeps the object of target as a whole. Humanized auxiliary devices have realized the unification of human-machine-environment,giving embodiment to the high integration of humanity, science&technology andecology.
