Study On Economic Zoning Of The Ecology In Jincheng

This research focused on the hot problem about how to develop economic in harmony with ecological construction.It regarded Jincheng of Shanxi as the research object, and explored to build the system of the theory and technological method of economic zoning of the ecology;According to the space state and inner link of ecology element and economic element in the real regional,it analyzed and expounded the ecological characteristics and economic development position characteristics of different ecological economic zones in the study area.It offered the theoretical direction and technical support for managing and making policy, and had certain theory value and realistic meaning.Aimed at the systematic characteristic of the research object, this research employed the system engineering idea and method,and used technology such as statistics method, RS and GIS according to the concrete problem, including analysis of factors such as region differentiation, ecological environment, environment bearing capacity ,social economy and economic characteristic of ecology and question in the comprehensive appraisal area.It enabled the technological method system studied, and formed the technological method system of ecological zoning of studying area.This subject confirmed region differentiation laws, the current situation of ecological environment, the distribution laws of environment bearing capacity, social economic development level, social humane development level assessment and ecological economic zone of Jincheng area as the research content:By the region differentiation laws analysis, ground form distributed law, natural area differentiation law, soil resource differentiation law and human activities differentiation law were studied.Ground form unit was analyzed by processing DEM of Jincheng with GIS technical.Also area and distribution of the different ground form unit in Jincheng were reflected quantitatively by an analysis of DEM and other real data.The current situation assessment of regional ecological environment was based on the regional ecological environment investigation.Direct against the ecological environment characteristic of Jincheng,the space differentiation law of the regional ecosystem type was analyzed from three angles of vegetation type and forest reserves, water environmental quality and bio-diversity. Vegetation type and forest reserves was got by bands association,mosaic, geometry correction, cut and interpreter of remote sensing,then the distribution laws and area were also got.According to the degree of the factor such as the materials obtainable characteristic, regional resource characteristic and other numerous factor contribution to the environment bearing capacity, the analysis of the environment bearing capacity chosen soil corrode sensitiveness,atmospheric environment capacity,water environment capacity as restricted factor, and chosen amount of water resource, amount of products offered of ecosystem, mineral resources as supporting factor.Had employed AcrGIS technology to turn into and collected basin of water, topography to rise and fallen degree in a dose of assignment per factor bar separately, carried on precipitation R value and inserting value and bar dose of every factor which polluted the composite index to superpose, and beared the weight of the strength model through setting up the environment, announce the environment of Jincheng bears the weight of the distribution law of strength.The comprehensive appraisal of social economic development was mainly from starting with two respects of social economy and social humane development level in the area. Used the main composition analytical method, according to the minimum administrative area where the data can be obtained in order to appraise the unit and carried on the social economic development level in the area of research and appraised and analyzed; Used the main composition analytic approach and cluster's analytic approach to appraise to the social humane development degree in Jincheng area separately, and carried on the contrast to the analysis results of two kinds of methods. Main composition analytic approached person who reflected characteristic that distance grade, convenient bar doses of ArcGIS application of technology superpose; Cluster's analysis divided similarly with the difference region unit classification more objectively.Bear the weight of strength according to the regional environment in the dividing area of ecological economy, social economic development level and social humane development level were similar and the difference put forward the economic zoning scheme of the ecology of Jincheng. The economic zoning system of the ecology was divided into system of two grades, first grade fen divide into and forbid development zone, development zone of the restriction, optimize four kinds of development zones and key development zones, divided with the difference from the industrial structure of the area, position advantage similarly at second fen area, and had done elementary ecological construction and countermeasure analysis of environmental management to all kinds of economic districts.This research have offered scientific guidance ecological environmental protection and construction of every regional in Jincheng,and also offered the technical support for management of the environmental department.In addition,the economic zoning of ecology at city level has still just started in Shanxi,and this research can offer some theories for economic zoning of ecology at city and country level.
