The Research On Green Mode Modeling Of Northeast Rural Dwellings

Northeast China, including Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning provinces and some partsof the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, belongs to temperate monsoon climate zone,it has four distinct seasons, but summer is cool and rainy, and winter is cold. Thebuilding thermal division of northeast China belongs to cold region, also similargeographical position and climate environment determines the local dwellings hassimilar features. For a long time the dwellings here are inherited from generations togenerations, which makes the local dwellings has a good local characteristics andnational features.With the development of rural economy and the improvement of living standard offarmers in northeast China, the people’s demand on residential forms and the indoorthermal environment is higher and higher.The simple housing form and poorenvironmental quality of traditional dwellings are no longer accepted by the people.Through field investigation and test, traditional dwellings has the followingdisadvantages: single plane layout; heat preservation ability of building envelope is poor;dewing phenomenon appears indoor; poor indoor thermal comfort, large temperaturefluctuations; poor indoor air quality; and the heating energy consumption is large, etc.These disadvantages make the traditional dwellings more and more the lack of vitality.But dwellings should not disappear and should be inherited and developed better as acarrier of national and regional culture.This article respectively introduces the adobe houses, dwellings with a brick walland three grass billet walls, all-brick houses and new ones according to housing formsof dwellings in different ages at first. By analyzing the data, this article summarizesadvantages and disadvantages of traditional dwellings in different ages, as well as the problems in the newly built residences. Then, the article respectively study theconstruction site planning, building layout, heating method, structural measures,ventilation, biological energy, solar, biogas and a series of aspects. According to theproblems existing in the residences, this paper put forward reasonable solution in greenecological pattern language based on the perspective of localization, low technologyand suitability. On this basis, this paper designs local dwellings with localcharacteristics, energy saving, environmental protection, comfort and people lovedbased on the research results. As the construction process of residences are usually thespontaneous behavior of farmers, with lack of technical guidance and constructionprofessionals, the author introduces two more ideal solutions in detail to guide theconstruction of local residences. Finally, according to the change on regionalcharacteristics and people’s production and living ways of northeast China, this articleguide a ecological road with regional cultural characteristics for the local residentialconstruction, and make the old village with regional culture is saved and developed.Hope through the research on green mode modeling of northeast rural dwellings,we can provide technical support for the local residential design, to provide constructivesuggestions and ideas for designers, and make a certain contribution to the constructionof local residences.
