A new concept, which depends on analyzing indoor thermal comfort percentage to study energy-saving potential from analyzing indoor thermal environment, is proposed according to the characteristic of solar energy and biomass anaerobic ferment, against low energy utilization, severious energy waste and not aboral energy grade in its transition and deteriorative environment due to the use of fossil energy sources in civil building energy using.Maximum building energy-saving is studed in the condition of satisfying heat users' thermal comfort percentage, then a heating system heated by energy generated from solar Energy and bioenergy is designed, which takes the temperature as thermal comfort percentage index.First, the national building heating standard that the lowest temperature of the indoor can not be below 289K, is amended in this study according to the indoor temperature characteristic of radiate floor heating and activity regularity of hot users, and a new thermal comfort standard that it is regarded that thermal comfort percentage is achieved, if the average temperature of space under 2m reaches 289K, is proposed. The new thermal comfort standard is a quantitative refinement of the existing building heating standard in whole.Secondly, a 3-dimension numerical heat transfer model is established depending on an abstract physical model of a floor heating room, and numerical simulation of thermal environment is carried on according to the specialty of Lanzhou area. Simulates the thermal environment of such low temperature radiate floor heating room, analyzes the ability of saving energy, ability of economy and ability of environment protect base on the new thermal comfort standard. At the same time, this research also compare the result of simulation between low temperature radiate floor heating and conventional radiator heating, and educe the difference in temperature distribution and energy consumption of the two heating mode.Finally, a new floor heating system using solar energy and bioenergy was designed depending on heat load calculated from new indoor thermal comfort standard. This system with solar energy and bioenergy not only achieve the efficiency combined of utilize of solar technology, biomass ferment and low temperature radiate floor heating system, but also resolve the influence of day and night, season, climate and so on in solar energy heat utilization and this new system could achieve efficiency heating by low cost. The efficiency of energy utilize is 82%, the efficiency of exergy is 23.3%, the time of capital return is 3.4 year of the solar villa.In conclusion, not only the problem of building saving energy in a new thought was resolved, but also many baluable conclusions were gained. The researchs makes it save more energy by amending the original thermal comfort standard, and figure out the real rate of saving energy in Lanzhou. On the other hand, this research settles the base for generalization and popularization of floor heating system in northwest of Chinna, and the supply energy system of solar villa designed by this research has the effect of using for reference to zero energy consume architectural.
