Public transport generally involves two aspects, one is planning, theother is optimized. Planning generally focuses on the practice, and the framework hasbeen relatively mature, such as comprehensive transportation system planning, publictransport special planning, etc;Optimization focuses on the theoretical study, at thesame time,which can be applied to practice. Public transportation optimization usuallyhas two modes:To abtained the optimal line network by solving and verification.Theory-oriented and the optimization of the layout is usually based on the single lineoptimization and then considering the overall line network optimization,always usingthe method that Detailed layout, optimized network by Wang Hui professor.In thispaper,I use for concept of Detailed layout, optimized network, according to the actualresearch object to improve it and apply it to the target optimization area.The author thinks that the optimization of public transport does not can be treat asthe same one.At before,optimizing public transport is for higher wire meshdensity,wider service coverage of bus stops and more reasonable nonlinearcoefficient,etc,but with the key role of rail tranffic become more and more obvious inbig cities, the goal of optimization of public transport adds an important content——feeds with rail transit better. This optimization demand has been admit by more andmore passengers, many passengers reflected that the subway opened, but there is nodirect bus, the travelling still not convenient, also known as"The last kilometer" travel difficult problem, especially peripheral community residents in big cities, taking thesubway to and from work is preferred, but restricted in less bus lines, there are fewspecial joint subway for transfer. For city peripheral community residents,better transferto subway has more intuitive and effective role than other optimization targets.Rail transit line has its own service radius, it is generally acknowledged that thearea within1km be affected directly by rail transit,the area within3~4km be affectedindirectly,outside this range is basically not influenced by rail transit, this can be appliedto the conventional bus.Within3~4km of rail transit site, passengers have long distancetravel will considerate subway more than regular bus, within the scope of this part,partof the regular bus must have the function of feeding for passenger flow, outside therange, the conventional public is not influenced by rail transit basic. So,the optimizationof conventional public is not different accoding to its region, different region should beused different optimization strategies. This paper focuses on conventional busoptimization which is in rail transit site service area of city peripheral community.This paper use for reference of Detailed layout, optimized network,proposing"Hierarchical optimization, Detailed layout,and use it to optimizedconventional public in the peripheral community, more specifically,is in the service areaof rail transit service in the peripheral parts of the city, including conventional linenetwork optimization and evaluation, public transportation site optimization.The lineoptimization goal is to make the direct passenger transferring to rail transit to be most,with reference to the detailed layout, optimized network, layout the conventional busline one by one.After layout them, modifing the travel OD matrix and laying shuttle buslines, Shuttle bus line is different from conventional bus line, the goal to layout them iscoveraging maximum within a community, the length is shorter, non linear coefficientof line is higher, also with reference to the detailed layout.The evaluation of bus network optimization applies analytic hierarchyprocess,evaluating the indicators of the optimized conventional theory-oriented and theinfluence of the optimized the original bus traffic,starting from the shuttle optimizationwith conventional bus and rail transit identified with9indicators as the support of thewhole evaluation system. The bus site optimization emphasizes the improvement of the site form, to ensurethat the conventional bus and rail transit connect very well.At the last,take the community lies in the west of Wei qu metro station forexample, apply the "Hierarchical optimization, Detailed layout" method to it.Andevaluating the optimized public transit network, At the same time, putting forward somesuggestions for the optimization of bus stops form.
