The purpose of this paper is to study the optimization method of conventional bus lines within the influence scope of rail transit,so as to realize the coordinated and balanced development of conventional bus and rail transit.Taking Shijiazhuang Rail Transit Line 2 as an example,by analyzing the surrounding land use patterns and traffic status,the attraction scope of rail transit is determined.The main component analysis is carried out on the factors that affect the adjustment of the conventional bus lines.The correlation between the main component factors and the passenger transport volume is studied respectively.Among them,the overall line attribute factors are related to 100% of the passenger transport volume,while the line location factors are not related to the passenger transport volume.The multi-objective route optimization model of conventional public transit connecting rail transit is established,and the double-layer cellular genetic algorithm with comprehensive search,fast calculation and better target value is created.The optimization model solving program is designed with the help of MATLAB platform,and the conventional public transit lines within the connecting range of Beiguo shopping mall station and Chang'an public park station of line 2 are verified as an example.According to the optimization results of the model and the actual road conditions,the bus lines of Shijiazhuang city are adjusted such as the overlapping line outward,the station displacement,and the line combination adjustment,for example,the line which overlaps 519 road and rail transit line 1 is moved outward,and the new bus operation line is formed by adding the stations of the Third Hospital of Shijiazhuang city.The grey model is used to evaluate the adjustment scheme of public transportation line.The results show that the correlation between the adjusted public transportation line network and the ideal scheme is greatly improved,and the effect of line optimization is significant.The research results show that the route optimization method proposed in this paper has good feasibility and applicability,and the optimization effect is good,which can provide reference for other rail transit construction and operation of urban public transit line adjustment.On this basis,we further study the operation adjustment scheme of public transportation lines under the severe epidemic situation,establish a customized public transportation line generation model,and propose a method to determine the location of public transportation stations by Voronoi diagram under the epidemic situation.By improving the double-layer cellular genetic algorithm,we get four customized public transportation lines: normal line,interval line,express line and direct line.
