For the marine tunnel structure, shotcrete in contact with rock,some harmfulmedia(the most common harmful chloride ions also)will rock with groundwaterinfiltration within the concrete,concrete corroded. On the other hand, due to theaccumulation of salt spray concrete structure of its internal tunnel will have a moreserious corrosion damage.Therefore, to erosion concrete underwater ocean andatmospheric chloride injection zone for marine tunnel shotcrete design and evaluation ofthe durability of the structure has important theoretical and practical significance.Papers tunnel shotcrete marine engineering background, underwater marine areasand marine atmospheric zone shotcrete object to the performance difference and jetspray concrete and ordinary concrete construction methods, the incorporation of theimpact on the durability of concrete steel fiber focused, discusses the chloride iondiffusion shotcrete performance and diffusion model. The main contents are as follows:Carried out a marine underwater concrete chloride ion erosion and atmosphericzone experimental study, in-depth analysis of the construction methods, theincorporation of steel fiber influence on chloride diffusion. The results has showed thatinjection of concrete construction method of concrete erosion of chloride ions affectperformance significantly, compared with the same level of ordinary concrete, shotcretechloride ion diffusion rate faster, larger chloride ion content at the same depth.Incorporation of steel fiber resistance to chloride ion penetration shotcrete performancehas significantly improved.The relationship between shotcrete and nary concrete of chloride ion diffusioncoefficient has been made. Consider the impact of construction methods, time-dependent chloride ion diffusion of environmental factors on chloride ion diffusion,based on Fick’s second law,namely the establishment of a marine underwater andatmospheric area shotcrete chloride ion diffusion model for the marine environmentinjection durability design and life prediction of concrete to provide a theoretical basis.
