Today, the global economy is rapidly development in the world and the energycrisis is exacerbating. Energy conservation has become a thorny problem. Buildingenergy consumption accounts for about30%of total energy consumption in the wholesociety. Therefore, building energy conservation is particularly important. Buildingenergy consumption accounts for the vast majority of the total energy consumption ofbuildings. Energy consumption of buildings heat transfer through the wall structureaccounted for more than half of the energy consumption of buildings. Therefore, improving the thermal performance of building envelope and reducing the heat andenergy consumption is an important research direction. Although the insulationproperties of organic heat preservation material is very well, but it’s using time is shortand the replacement is inconvenient. At the same time, it also brings the building fireprotection. Using the sintered insulation brick as the wall insulation materials cancompletely solve the problems of building fire protection and realize the same agebetween the buildings and the wall insulation materials. This is an ideal wall insulationmaterial. In this paper, the entities section’s performance of sintered insulation brick wasresearched. The brick’s thermal conductivity can be reduced by added pore formingagents and the insulation properties were increased. Then the hole type of the sinteredinsulation brick was optimized designed. The hole type could meet the building energydesign standard in Xi’an district was advanced.First, the physical and chemical index of raw material was experimentallyanalyzed. The results show that Xinjiang shale’s chemical composition is suitable for...
