The anchor rig is also known as the anchor rig, it is the key of constructionequipment bolting work in construction speed, whether the bolt supporting speedand retaining quality is good or bad depends largely on the anchor rig. It affectsthe range,depth, diameter of bolt supporting quality--bolt hole accuracy and anchorinstallation quality, but also relates to the personal safety of the operator, labor intensityand working conditions.On the analysis of present situation and development trend of domestic and foreign drillbolt, in view of the single drill power head of the current domestic anchor and small rotarytorque, the single type of drilling and not suitable for rock medium problems,the rotary impact type hydraulic roofbolter was put forward. With the help of impactdynamics analysis and wave dynamics theory, the dynamic head structure parameter and theimpact properties of structure optimization was researched, the power head with advancedperformance and optimized construction was development. The two part of therotary mechanism and the impact mechanism were designed and calculated, and makingthree-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly with the help of UG; the key components ofthe roof bolter were finite element analyzed, the bolter for different conditions wasguided, the suitable working parameters was selected to provide the accuracy and efficiencyof drilling. At the end, the hydraulic roofbolter was designed and calculated,the hydrauliccomponents were selected.Varies of mechanical computer aided design and analysis technology (CAD/CAE) wereusing in this paper, virtual design and simulation analysis of rotary impact type of hydraulic roofbolter was made. This provides a new idea for the design of mechanical products and ithas a certain reference value for developing the prototype.
