| Impact crushing machine which based on the hydraulic drive have the advantages of high energy efficiency,wide range of use,and is widely used in metallurgy,mining and other related industries.But the existing research on transient impact performance of alternating hydraulic drive impact machinery is insufficient,As a result,the research on impact mechanical efficiency,fatigue damage and other aspects is not deep enough.In view of this,the thesis based on impact mechanics and wave dynamics theory,carries out a comprehensive research on the transient impact performance of alternating hydraulic drive impact machinery,by analytical solution and experiment method.Firstly,according to the composition and working principle of alternating hydraulic drive impact machinery,simplify the impact system and get the mechanics model.According to one-dimensional wave dynamics theory of elastic rod,the dynamic characteristics of impact parts during working process were analyzed,and obtained dynamic response function of impact parts.Then,based on the required dynamic response function,the influence of parameters of drill rod and impact velocity of piston on the impact force,piston rebound speed and piston energy utilization during single impact process were analyzed.At the same time,analyzed the influence of structural and motion parameters of impact parts on the dynamic characteristics of multiple impact process.Finally,the correctness of impact impingement model of alternating impact mechanism and its dynamic response function are validated by test results.The study show that: The dynamic characteristics of hydraulic impact machine in impact process vary with the structure parameters of drill rod and the initial punching speed of piston.In the range of structural parameters determined by the commonly used engineering design,for the drill rod fixed’s single impact process,increase the diameter of the drill rod,impact force increase,piston stroke speed reduced and rebound speed increased,piston energy utilization increase.Increase the length of the drill rod,impact force and piston speed is basically the same,piston energy utilization increase.Improve the piston initial punching speed,impact force increase,piston speed increase,piston energy utilization constant.For the drill rod free’s separation process,increase the diameter of the drill rod,axial force of drill rod increase,piston rebound speed increase,piston energy utilization increase.Increase the length of drill rod,axial force of drill rod is basically the same,piston energy utilization increase,piston rebound speed decline.Improve the piston initial punching speed,axial force of drill rod increased,piston rebound speed increase,piston energy utilization is constant.In the multiple impact study of the drill rod fixed,cluster collision phenomenon is found.This conclusion can provide certain reference for further optimizing the working process of hydraulic impact machinery. |
