Coming along with the rapid development of society,so that more and more highrise buildings are rising in the city,nevertheless the requirements for the construction of infrastructure need to be improved further.For example,water supplying in higher floors as an important part,the performance of water supply is good or bad impact to people's life and security directly.Then using advanced automation,communication control technology,and design with high performance on energy saving effect of water supply that can adapt to the complex environment of high-rise constant pressure becomes an inevitable trend.As we known,the widespread water wastage in high-level water supply system really exists,not only wastes of electricity,but also the phenomenon such as water resources polluted.Point to solve the problem effectively,we study and design the high-rise area variable frequency constant pressure water supply system based on PLC the central control system with Mitsubishi FX2 N series PLC,combined through the transducer and pressure sensor devices etc.The control system is designed onto network hydraulic control parameters,according to the water consumption of users determine that the PLC controls a few pumps to work through the frequency converter speed adjustment,and finally meets the constant pressure control of the pipe system.To illustrate the working principle of variable frequency constant pressure water supply system,this article analyzes the performance of the water supply system first,and analyzes the energy consumption of variable frequency control and PID control principle in turns,and also explains the structure scheme of variable frequency constant pressure water supply system clearly.Based on Mitsubishi inverter,PLC and MCGS monitor software,do the analysis of the control scheme for the water supply system.The water supply system for closed cycle automatic control,adopts frequency converter internal PID control,automatically adjust the rotational speed of water pump motor,to complete the adjustment between pipe network pressure and flow control.MCGS configuration software monitors the running state of water supply system in reality and simulation debugging.This water supply system control method is simple(realize local/remote control),efficiency of water supply,and the effect of saving in energy is remarkable.
