| Because the storage power weight increasing ratio power requirements for spacesatellite, nickel-metal hydride batteries and cadmium nickel battery has beengradually replaced by lithium-ion batteries. The same energy level of lithium-ionbattery is ni-mh batteries only1/2,1/4of cadmium nickel battery. Because of the lowbattery weight, it effectively reduce the weight of the power supply system and thecost of launching satellites, so the lithium-ion battery become spacecraft energystorage device of first choice for power supply. With the safety of lithium-ion battery,it is possible that lithium-ion battery become storage power for space satellite.Lithium-ion battery and Ni MH battery (Ni-Cd battery) charge and discharge withdifferent characteristics, especially in the process of charging is not balanced controlare the main factors to cause the battery premature damage, so need to use lithium-ionbattery charging controller can supply reservoir for new design.This paper is designed based the platform of XXX-3000satellite missionrequirements and the equalization charging control of lithium-ion battery. Theresearch purpose of this project is to design and achieve the single chipmicrocomputer control circuit, balanced driving circuit, communication circuit andcorresponding equilibrium control software required of a balance controller; designstructure and heat on the balance controller; design of lithium-ion power balancecontrol test platform, simulate the actual installed running of balance controller, inorder to evaluate the performance of the equalizer equilibrium.The object of this thesis, lay the foundation for space applications for oursubsequent model task of lithium-ion battery, storage space satellite transition powerby high pressure Ni-H2battery to lithium-ion battery.This paper adopts single chip microcomputer control technology to realize thefunction of each module, through debugging the hardware design and the function ofeach part of the program, the lithium-ion battery charge equalization performance isverified. it has a good effect, achieve the expected goal of this topic, research resultsmeet the requirements model task specifications, and has been put into engineeringpractice. |
