High-piled wharf is a common structure form of ports both at home and abroad,which is suitable for soft soil foundation. The high transverse bent span of the piledbeam-slab wharf is larger, so it can better use the pile bearing capacity. And it has thefeatures of stressing definite, high degree of assembly and fast construction speed.And it has been widely applied.In view of more complex geological conditions of Liao Bin coastal EconomicZone, the selection of the pile foundation bearing layer should be considered variousfactors. At the same time, we need account the bearing capacity of pile foundation andanalyze the construction process. In addition, the torsional angle of inclined pile isalso a key point of the piled wharf design. High-pile wharf bears larger horizontalload, the torsion angles have a great relationship with the ability of the structure itselfto withstand horizontal loads. Under the effect of different horizontal loadcombinations, looking for the reasonable torsion angle of high-piled wharf can givefull play to the bearing capacity of pile foundation, and also has importantsignificance of the structure seismic and durable use.As the auxiliary facility of high-piled wharf, mooring pier uses pile pier structureand mainly bear mooring force. Pile foundation arrangement usually has fan form andfork pile form two kinds. Seeking reasonable mooring pier pile foundationarrangement will not only meet the needs of design and reduce project costs, alsobrings to the construction feasibility and improve the construction efficiency. As thefirst liquid chemical terminal of Liao Bin coastal Economic Zone, The pier pilefoundation construction experience for subsequent wharf construction plays apromote and guiding role.The main tasks of this article are:1.First of all, according to the geological survey report, we carries on thepreliminary design of pile foundation. After combined with the results of the test piles,we determine the reasonable bearing layer of pile foundation. By comParing thedifference between the analysis results and the calculation results value of test piles,we get the numerical value and the composition of the bearing capacity, and predictthe change trend of pile foundation bearing capacity. According to the constructionexperience, we can summarize the piling characteristics and the pilling measures ofthe local ground conditions. 2.Through the establishment of wharf structure calculation model, we cananalyze change displacement and bending moment of piles due to different torsionangles of fork piles in the four types working condition. We summarize thecontrolling horizontal load and vertical load conditions, conclude the structuralresponse from the torsional angle changes, and provide a reasonable torsion anglevalue and its calculation method which guarantees the bearing capacity of pilefoundation and make the structure displacement and bending moment control in areasonable range.3.After the finite element analysis model of mooring pier structure is established,we compare the calculation results of the fan form and the fork pile form. Then weanalyze the values and the homogeneous degree of piles bearing capacity, anddisplacement change of pile foundation in each direction, summarize the applicationof the two kinds of pile distribution form. And according to the specific situation ofthe Liao Bin shore coastal economic zone, we analyze the applicability of the twoforms of pile distribution from the aspects of technology, construction conditions andcomprehensive economic benefits.4.The research has been used in the high-piled wharf of LiaoBin shore coastaleconomic zone. Through the theoretical research and calculation results of this article,referencing practical engineering data, we summarize the research conclusion andexperience of the pile foundation bearing layer, the torsion angle arrangement andmooring pier pile foundation layout of the Liao Bin shore zone piled wharf. And wealso analyze the deficiency of the research and make clear the future researchdirection.
