| Hyperbolic arch bridge is a unique bridge structure form in our country. In the60-80sof20th century, many hyperbolic arch bridges were built, making an importantcontribution to the traffic development. But due to the technical and economic conditionsat that time and many years of operating, many hyperbolic arch bridges in serve appear allsorts of diseases in different degrees, endangering safety of bridge structure. Sostrengthening theory research and engineering practice of hyperbolic arch bridges have thevital significance.Take hyperbolic arch bridge in Baotou as an example in this paper, and carry outresearch about reinforcing plan analysis, structure design and analytical calculation ofsuperstructure.According to construction and mechanical characteristics of the actual bridge, finiteelement software Midas Civil is used to build model and analyze the original bridgestructure, finding the stress and deformation of main arch meet the requirements. But thedurability has been severely affected and reinforcement is still required.According to the above mentioned, the characteristics of common reinforcementmethods of hyperbolic arch bridge are analyzed. According to the basic principles ofkeeping the bridge appearance, convenient construction and small quantities, increasingsection and change section forms are taken to strengthen this bridge, carrying on thestructure calculation and analysis. From the structure stress and deformation conditions,the upper edge stress is from compressive stress to tensile stress. Reduce amplitudes of thedeflection and stress of the change section form are better than the increasing section form,reflecting positive and negative variations of bending moment of box section and the stressdistribution being uniform. From the point of construction difficulty degree, increasingsection form can use the net shotcrete to construct, avoiding building support and thedisadvantage of the template of the change section form reinforcement scheme. From theengineering quantity, concrete dosage of each span of the increasing section form is49.1m3,while concrete dosage of each span of the change section form is64m3. In addition, before the arch ring bottom rock bolt concrete, increasing section form needs to cut off whiskeringand loose parts. After reinforcement construction, increasing section form can effectivelyclose the original crack disease. Through comprehensive comparative and analysis,increasing section form is recommended for the reinforcement.Through the above content, we can see that this paper discusses the modeling analysismethods of hyperbolic arch arch bridge structure and compares the different strengtheningdesign schemes, hoping to provide the reference for similar projects. |
