With the function of damping and energy dissipation, tuned liquid damper system(TLD)is gradually used for engineering applications, however its single function andsignificant investment might influence the extension. According to statistical data, theload of the domestic hot water has accounted for10%to20%of the total energyconsumption of the building. This research is supported by the Baotou Science andTechnology Bureau Intellectual Property(2013J2001-2),aiming to design the TLDsystem as the solar hot water system. It realizes the combination of the solar system andTLD system and explores the overall economic benefit, so as to provide basis forextension of TLD system.Baotou is rich in solar energy resources with abundant sunshine and intense solarradiation, this research taking Private Economic Development Center apartmentbuilding in Baotou as research object tries to use the designed TLD system to design asolar hot water system by supplying hot water with solar energy resources in thebuilding on the premise that function of damping and energy dissipation of TLD willnot affected, to improve the single function of TLD system. It can realize functionaldiversification and increase utilization rate and share the initial costs of TLD systemeffectively, which will benefit the application and promotion of TLD system.The main contents and comments need to complete including: simulate the annualaverage temperature of8.16℃, the daily average sunshine time of8h, the annualsunshine time of3000~3200h, the amount of solar radiation in the level surface of5713.19MJ/m2, the amount of daily average solar radiation in the irradiance surface of17.31MJ/m2and the total amount of solar radiation in the irradiance surface of6225.14MJ/m2by Meteonorm analysis; by annually dynamic simulation of solar hotwater system by the TRNSYS simulation software system, to analyze thatcollector selection for the city of Baotou should be U type tube solar collector with the Collector area of700m2and the angle of42°, to design reasonable solar system on thebasis of the building, including auxiliary power supply design, pipe network design,insulation design and control design; by completing the analysis of economicalefficiency and energy saving benefit, to obtain that the initial investment of TLD systemis¥1434000, TLD system designed of solar hot water system is invested¥1305000in the life cycle, the accumulative and undistributed profit is¥1066200which is81.7%of the total, dynamic investment return period is13.2years. The amount ofsaving the energy is229.9×104MJ, which value is169.18million yuan. To sum up, itcan be predicted that TLD system designing of solar water heating system has broadprospects. TLD system with the function of solar hot water and convenient applicationnot only will improve the disadvantages of initially great investment and higher vacancyrate completely, but also can play a vibration and energy dissipation function in a widerrange in order to protect people’s life and property.
