Due to many reasons such as disrepair for long years, original design standard low anddoes not meet the current traffic volume and vehicle weight and so on, many of the oldbridge is becoming a disease bridge, unsafe bridge with the high-speed development ofnational economy, traffic volume rapid growth, and a large number of new highway bridgeconstruction at the same time in recent years, which is seriously hindered the regionaleconomic development. Therefore, it is of great significance in promoting the highwayconstruction of our country to research and develop low cost and good technical effecttechnique of the bridge structure reinforcement and in use.CFRP plate bridge structure reinforcement is a reinforcement technique studied inrecent years, and the efficiency use of CFRP plate reinforcement is one of the key problemsof the CFRP plate reinforcement technology. This paper designed4test beams,1forcontrast beams, and3of different anchor reinforcement beams for CFRP plate way. In viewof the present use of anchorage production cost is high, not easy processing, easy to causeCFRP plate damage and the anchoring force low, this paper designed an anchorage deviceof mixed anchorage way which comprehensive colloid binder, steel clamping and CFRPplate perforation, and summarized the construction technology of reinforced CFRP plate.Deeply analyzed the relationship of load value with the strain of concrete, Steelstrain,CFRP board strain and the beam deflection, and the use efficiency of CFRP plate,the test beam stiffness and ductility were studied, a deep analysis of the CFRP plate wasmade in the final strip.The research results show that the cracking load of CFRP plate with reinforcedconcrete beams is not improved significantly, but the yield load and ultimate load of thetested beam has a30%increase. CFRP plate embedded anchor way is the most effective tosuppress the growth of reinforcement strain, the growth of concrete compression zone strain,and to improve the utilization rate of the strength of the CFRP plate and limit the crackwidth, and to reduce crack spacing, the CFRP plate layering anchoring way is followed. All the ductility of the reinforcement beams is reduced to the contrast beam in different degree,U-shaped hoop anchorage reinforcement beam reduce the most, followed by the anchorplate layering way. It is not obvious for CFRP plate reinforcement to inhibit effetely theearly stage of the test beam deflection to increase; but it is remarkable to reduce the latedeflection of the test beam. Beam end anchorage limits the slip of CFRP plate and latencyof CFRP plate well, and improves the flexural performance of reinforced beam。...
