With the progress of science and technology constantly, the continuousdevelopment of large span structure, pre-stress method is widely used, especially theemergence of large span bridge, in anchorage system is put forward higher request.Anchorage is an important structure in anchorage system, the anchor plate plays animportant role. Anchorage system of anchor plate stress concentration and complexstructure, is the key part of controldesign, grasp the stress distribution of anchor platestructure is very important.Long-span Bridges are introduced in this ordinary cable anchorage system in thecommon five kinds of forms: stronghold system, VFreyssinet system, Dywidag system,VSL system, OVM system. Of OVM anchorage structure in the system (anchor), theANSYS finite element simulation and experiment on the finite element simulation and test,carried out analysis and research to the problems. Paper main content is as follows: basedon prestressed anchorage system in the civil engineering project by influencing the anchorplate size (distance) parameters in finite element simulation, numerical analysis andlaboratory test and other aspects of in-depth research and discussion, has made a series ofresearch results:(1) the analysis allows us to anchor plate internal stress distribution has a clearunderstanding of the whole anchorage for the future improvement and perfection ofprovide the theory basis.(2) by adjusting the parameters of the working anchor plate, calculation of finiteelement simulation to solve the working anchor plate in different parts of the firstprincipal stress, mises stress and strain contours.(3) from the stress distribution of anchor plate upside stress distribution is complexand the difference is very big, the local maximum stress has not yet reached ultimatestrength, anchorage plane size can be smaller. Anchorage two layers at the bottom of theunit as the compressive and tensile stresses are smaller, from the design optimization intoconsideration, reduce the height of anchor plate.(4) according to the characters of anchorage mechanics experimental analysis, set upthe characteristic of anchor solid finite element analysis model, through the analysis andcalculation and verification, and theoretical research results, the experiment resultconsistency of conclusions are obtained. At the same time, the finite element modelsimulation technology, with the increase of load stress distribution of anchorage systemevolution.(5) using the optimized design after the working anchor plate, static load, fatiguestrength and cycle test, get a lot of measured data, studies have shown that the measureddata and theoretical analysis is consistent, further verify the reliability of the resultsobtained in this paper.(6) based on the strength of the working anchor plate test and static load test results,parameter analysis, refer to the domestic and foreign relevant specifications at the sametime, the stress of the anchor plate of special purpose for further in-depth analysis and research, both to make up for the inadequacy of parameters in simulation analysis, toensure safe anchorage system products, also provide a basis for future model calculation.
