Low-voltage circuit breakers is widely used in the electrical industry,it plays a veryimportant role in the power distribution and protection of personal safety,whether reliablebreaking is an important aspect of the circuit breaker,delay breaking process is one of the mostimportant functions,which is very complex, involving electricity,heat,Mechanics,etc.Therefore it is an important topic.based on the TM-30/100breaker as the main research object,according to the function and characteristic of the Pro/E,ANSYS,ADAMS software,thecombination of the three methods is proposed in the paper.the detailed research carried out asbelow.1.Introduced the history,domestic and international research overview and developmenttrends of MCB.2.According to actual size,create a circuit breaker model in the Pro/E and import to theANSYS,the result data of finite element simulation drives ADAMS to simulate and analysis theprocess of long-time delay about low voltage circuit breaker,then calculate the electric magneticforce of magnetic release device and electric repulsion force of contact system under differentcurrent and locations,as a force load loaded into ADAMS.3.The model is imported into the ADAMS through a dedicated software.load the modelaccording to the previous analysis date and simulate the breaker breaking process throughobserve the movement of the contact studied the effect of Electric repulsion....
