The progress of modern society, the industry develops rapidly, a lot of power loadssensitive to power quality exist in power grid and power supply instantaneous voltage dropimpact on power grid is more and more prominent. It can finish compensation for the voltagedrop in millisecond time so as to ensure the stable operation of the load.This paper expounds the topological structure,work principle and mathematical modelof DVR, this paper introduces the multilevel inverter structure of the cascaded H bridge andits modulation method. And Identified the based on triangular carrier phase shifting SPWMmodulation method, and the carrier and the formation of the modulation wave and controltechnology are introduced in detail, and a simulation study was carried out.This paper introduces the based on the instantaneous reactive power theory of thethreephase voltage drop test,and analyze its shortcomings and deficiencies, then determine thesingle-phase voltage drop test abc-dq derivative. And the feasibility of the simulation.control strategy with feed-forward PD control and the voltage of the single closed-loop isproposed in this paper, and for the rapidity and stability simulation verificationA cascade of25level DVR system based on DSP+FPGA is introduced in this paperfrom two aspects of hard and soft. And Introduces in detail the core of the system of thekernel control chip DSP and FPGA, the design of the hardware circuit and control circuit ispresented. The core of DSP and FPGA control program flow chart is given, as well as DSPand FPGA interface programming. Finally the overall structure of the controller connectiondiagram is given.Finally, this paper set up a cascade of25level DVR system simulation diagram, and inthe Matlab/Simulink environment in view of the voltage drop is not deep, and voltage dropdeeper two cases are analyzed in the simulation. And it proved that the cascade of25levelDVR system can effectively solve the voltage dip, which can guarantee the safety of theelectricity load, reliable and stable operation.
