| PHC pipe pile has high bearing capacity, good durability, convenient construction,reliable quality, moderate price, good bending tensile performance, convenient detection,strong penetrating power, wide adaptability to geological conditions and other advantages,and is widely applied in actual engineering in recent years. In recent years, the research ofseismic performance and bearing capacity of single PHC pipe pile has been made certainprogress, but the seismic performance and mechanical performance research of thecombination of PHC pipe piles and pile caps specimens node is still blank. On the basis ofthe research of the seismic performance of PHC pipe piles, and the contrast research of theseismic performance and mechanical performance of the combination of PHC pipe pilesand pile caps specimens node is analyzed by this paper, the feasibility and the safety isfurther verified to expand the scope of its application in engineering field.The seismic performance experimental research of5combinations of PHC pipe pileand pile caps specimen node conducted under low reversed cyclic loading in this paper. Onthe basis of experiment, the failure shape, bearing capacity, ductility performance, restoringforce characteristics, rigidity degeneration, energy dissipation and cumulative damage andso on have been carried in more depth analysis, discussed the impact of the differentconnection form of anchor bar to the seismic performance of the specimen node ofcombination of the PHC pipe piles and pile caps. Research has shown that placingreinforcing cage in the pile body cut pile specimen node relieve the difference of thestiffness of pile body and pile caps, improve the bearing capacity and the ductility of thenodes, reduce the cumulative damage of node specimen under early load, and has goodseismic performance. The specimen node which the pile is not cut, dip angle of anchor barshowed better ductility performance, energy dissipation capacity, and reduce the cumulativedamage of specimens when the node is damaged.The pile with cap failure pattern, pile body concrete strain rule, anchor reinforcementalong the direction of the pile body of5node specimen is analyzed, the mechanicalperformance is studied. Analysis results show that the combination specimens’ node ofPHC pipe pile and pile caps everywhere in half just answer complex connection status, thestress is the largest of the surface junction of pile body and bearing set bottom, and is theweak part of the node, and the stress is relatively complex. To cut pile specimens, while the bearing capacity of the specimen is higher which is designed according to the nationalgallery node, but the3root specimen eventually destroyed, concrete pile caps withanchoring reinforcement didn’t give full play to its material properties, pile bodyprestressed reinforcement occurs brittle fracture, poor ductility.Nodes to cut pile specimenshave certain ductility performance and failure pattern, the stress of the anchor is thelargest of the surface junction of pile body and bearing set bottom, andthe pile anchorreinforcement stress is greater than the anchor reinforcement stress of pile caps at the samedistance from the node of the pile anchor reinforcement with pile caps anchoragereinforcement. Under the same load, the stress of anchoring bar in pile body is so littledifference between the2cut pile nodes, stress of the anchor bar pile caps in Angle lagsbehind the right-angle anchoring reinforcement stress, performance in the bearing capacityis bigger. |
