Building Fire System Optimization Based On The Technology Of BIM

This paper describes the construction of China’s fire situation from the outset,It analyzes the fire characteristics of China’s large commercial building at this stage, And analysis the characteristics of the work about building fire protection engineering such as fire risk assessment, fire protection design, Fire Fighting, intelligent fire systems analysis etc.It presents a point of view that applicat of BIM technology to the building fire to improve the level of fire protection of buildings.BIM model is an integrated data model construction works full life cycle. It is through the IFC standard standardized management of data and information,protect the output format of the format requirements applicable to the use of construction techniques, Thus, using BIM technology in the building fire system can improve the level of fire protection.This paper constructs a framework for mutual fire protection system based on BIM technology, The system uses the information management lifecycle BIM model, collaborative work, as well as standards-based TFC data management to implement the functions of each module.This paper designs the framework of the workflow module, through the establishment of a BIM model of a large public building, And, according to the BIM model to simulate fire, evacuation simulation modeling work, showing the principle of the system and Workflow. Verify that the system has played a role in optimizing building fire system.
