Study On The Influential Factors Of Personnel Safety Evacuation During High-rise Building Fire

Because the high-rise building has many floors,indoor people,electrical equipment and more decoration and pipeline shaft,making it vulnerable to fire.From the occurrence of a series of fire accidents,we can see that when the high-rise building is on fire,accompanied by high-rise building complex structure and its five more features,building fuels will be further fire.And with the high-rise buildings in the vertical evacuation of a long time,making the building staff easily panic,not more efficient,organized evacuation,will inevitably lead to unnecessary casualties.Therefore,how to evacuate people from the building to the safe area in the most efficient evacuation mode at the highest level has become the focus of the public's most concerned.In this paper,based on the related research on the plane design of high-rise building,the characteristics of high-rise building fire and the harm of the secondary products brought by the combustion to the evacuees inside the building are introduced firstly.Then,The evacuation of the staircase in the evacuation process,and the use of the elevator was accepted as a high-rise building-assisted evacuation(when the fire happens,elevator outage,only allowed to use the stairs evacuation strategy and evacuation stairs),and evacuation stairs deficiencies,thus put forward the high-rise building elevator as auxiliary evacuation strategy.Further more,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the elevator in the fire situation,and puts forward the relevant improvement measures and the future development direction for the evacuation of the elevator.Besides,from the humanistic point of view,in the fire management,not only the professional management personnel and the development of safe and reasonable evacuation plans should be equipped,but also the case of the elevator operation of the fire rules should be discussed.Secondly,based on the research of the former high-rise building,three kinds of evacuation methods are put forward,including the use of the stairs,the use of the elevator,the building-elevator mixed evacuation,and their evacuation characteristics.At the same time,At the same time,it cited the success of the use of the elevator evacuation case,which also proves the elevator in the evacuation of the feasibility of the fire.In addition,from the evacuation time,it respectively introduces the staircase evacuation and elevator evacuation time required for each formula,and leads to evacuation of fire behavior calculation formula,from the outside influence factors and internal factors on human behavior Discussion.Finally,the paper studies the influence of evacuation time and evacuation efficiency on the evacuation of a college dormitory by Pathfinder simulation,and establishes three models of evacuation model.At the same time,the evacuate model of the whole building plane is calculated and the conclusion of the relevant evacuation time and building layout is summarized.Then,the main factors affecting the overall evacuation time of the evacuation process are found,which are related to the quantitative change model.And to provide rationalized opinions and suggestions for the future fire safety audit of buildings,the design of architectural design and the study of evacuation.
