Ongoing reinforcement and renovation of buildings, a large part of which are the concrete frame structures, and their reinforced methods are the reinforcements with beams-columns and nodes and the overall reinforcement. Increasing the overall brace or seismic wall in frame structures to improve the overall seismic performance is the main method of the overall reinforcement; because of the economic rationality and convenient to construction of the brace compared to the seismic wall, which become scholars study direction, therefore, Taking a multi-layered framework for objects to study the seismic performance of the framework reinforced by braces with the different forms and different locations in the framework. The main contents are as follows:Our previous work is based on a low cyclic loading test of the single-layer and single-span RC frame structure reinforced by the brace with the form of herringbone which is modeled and analyzed by the finite element software –Open Sees. The results that is comparison with simulation and experimental results show that the hysteresis curves and skeleton curves of the finite element model and experimental results are basically consistent; cracking load, yield load and ultimate load, which are of the simulation and experimental values are in good agreement. These indicate that the finite element model can accurately simulate the experimental results,for the opening hole on the wall in the different situations, using different forms of brace(herringbone type, Ba Zi type, local herringbone and X type) reinforcing frame, which can use at the analysis of seismic performance of the single-layer and single-span RC frame structure reinforced by different forms.Based on the analysis of seismic performance of the single-layer and single-span RC frame structure reinforced by different forms, the herringbone brace is the best reinforcement methods; taking one multi-layer and multi-span RC frame program as the object with brute-force method which is modeled by Open Sees to analyze the seismic performance of RC frame structures reinforced by herringbone brace at different layers and different floors. The hysteresis curves,skeleton curves and carrying capacity of RC frame structures reinforced by herringbone brace at different floors and different layers are gotten, as well as the seismic capacity are analyzedThe last, the quantitative indicators of RC frame structures reinforced by braces which is the performance-based analysis is proposed using the performance-based analysis of RC frame structures design concept which is reinforced by braces and the RC frame structures reinforced by herringbone brace on different layers is modeled by Open Sees to go on dynamic process analysis in order to get their maximum drift angle and vertex displacement under the function of severe earthquake, fortification earthequake and rately meet earthquake and analyze meeting performance goals of each reinforced structure, proposing relative and reasonable reinforcement scheme.
