With the continuous development of urbanization and the continuous increase of urban population,in order to improve the efficiency of land use,modern buildings are developing towards the direction of super high-rise,large span and complex structure,which also brings more challenges to the structural design of buildings.At the same time,the earthquake damage to buildings often causes a lot of economic losses and even casualties.In order to reduce the earthquake disaster while the building structure continues to develop,more scientific research on the theory and method of building seismic design is needed.The theoretical method of seismic design has developed from static method to elastic response spectrum method,and then to elastic-plastic dynamic time history analysis method.Up to now,with the performance-based seismic design theory put forward,this set of seismic design theory and method is being popularized and applied all over the world,and has become a new research direction of seismic design.This paper makes a detailed analysis and Research on the application of performance-based seismic design in shear wall structure,and summarizes its design characteristics and rules.Firstly,taking the actual overrun high-rise structure as an example,the performance-based seismic design simulation analysis of the case is carried out by using the finite element analysis software yjk-a,pkpm-satwe,yjk-ep,etc.,mainly including elastic time history analysis and elastic-plastic dynamic time history analysis.Through the application in the actual case,the performance-based seismic design theory method is studied.Then through the shear wall structure model with similar structure,different height,seismic performance target,beam concrete strength and section height,the seismic fortification level which plays a controlling role in the reinforcement results in the performance-based seismic design is summarized;the beam members and the whole structure of the shear wall structure are compared and analyzed in different performance target,different structure height and different beam concrete strength According to the design difference under the condition of the degree and the beam section height,taking the beam concrete strength and the section height as the independent variables and the reinforcement amplification factor of performance target A、B、C relative to D as the dependent variable,the binary function is fitted to summarize some rules and characteristics of performance-based seismic design.
