Rising tensions in the global resource consumption, climate warming, the deterioration of ecological environment and the people environmental protection consciousness of growing environment, photovoltaic power generation will become a main force in the field of renewable energy. Development of renewable energy is tackling climate change, optimize energy structure.The key to solve the problem of energy and the environment, is energy strategy adjustment and transformation of the mode of electric power development and the important content.In our country," In the National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Planning Outline (2006-2020) ", "National Twelfth Five-year Science and Technology Development Planning", "Renewable Energy Development Twelfth Five-year Plan" are related to the development of photovoltaic power generation in major demonstration projects. To ensure the healthy development of distributed photovoltaic technology, promote new energy power grid safety,power supply reliability and security, have become the power company and photovoltaic power station operators need to face the important topics together.Firstly, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign present situation in the research of the development of the photovoltaic power generation. Established the mathematical model of the photovoltaic cells, on the basis of above analysis the characteristics of the pv array, and use the MATLAB/Simulink to build the simulation model of photovoltaic cells in any given the sun light intensity and temperature situation when I-U output characteristic of photovoltaic array and P-U output characteristic figure.Secondly, this paper introduces the different PWM control mode and its control strategy of photovoltaic inverter. Photovoltaic system is expounded the principle of maximum power tracking and three different kinds of maximum power point tracking methods, contrast chose based on constant voltage method of maximum power point tracking methods.Again, using the TI company’s C2000 series micro-controller TMS320F28027 a photovoltaic grid simulation system is designed. In the photovoltaic grid simulation system on the basis of theoretical analysis, the system software part and hardware part has carried on the research design.Finally, an analysis of the test system, obtained the frequency phase tracking waveform and the output voltage waveform, determine the output waveform distortion. Result analysis shows that frequency and phase tracking real-time design more reasonable and reliable, under-voltage and over-current protection, system also has strong sensitivity.
