In order to ensure the normal use of high speed railway ballastless track, static testing is necessary after completion of the building. Track inspection cars are widely applied in the high regularity lines which is smaller differences in dynamic and static irregularity, ballastless track lines, and the construction of a new line, repair and maintain, inspection of the building accuracy and acceptance of work quality by the domestic and foreign railway company. As a portable and intelligent tool, it has become an inevitable trend that track inspection car widely applied in the operation of railway detection.The static detection method of track inspection car based on track reference network (CPIV) is studied in this paper. By the comparison of the measured data between the two station methods that based on track reference network(CPIV) and track control network (CPIII), the feasibility of the station method based on track reference network(CPIV) was verified. For defects of the station method based on track control network (CPIII), and the high precision and efficiency of electronic total station based on track reference network(CPIV), a new measurement method that detecting track parameters by the use of two electronic total station which is symmetrical and level on the track detection car was raised. Track inspection car can automatic sighting and tracking the points of CPIV track reference network through the electronic total station that placed on it and measurement its 3d coordinate more efficiently and conveniently. Then measurement parameters of the track such as mileage, gauge, level, track direction, height, distortion combined with mileage sensor, gauge sensors, ultra sensor, electronic total stations, dedicated portable computers and other advanced detection and data processing equipment directly or indirectly. Mathematical models of each track parameter was established and ensured the measurement program, then completed the design of mechanical structure of the whole track inspection car.For the impact to the measuring wheel and the result of measurement caused by track conditions (such as cement, grouting residual dirt and sloping car), computer vision detection system is applied to the track inspection car to monitor the track conditions in real time. This paper completes the selection and placement of the computer vision detection equipment and the former work, and completes the writing of the program in the software called matlab, achieves the image acquisition, image processing, image recognition of the track conditions and the intelligent judgment of the effectiveness of the data.
