Since the first high-speed passenger dedicated line--the Beijing-Tianjin inter-city high-speed railway has been built in China, the CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track slab system has been widely used in the construction of so many high-speed railways, which was used in the construction of Beijing-Tianjin inter-city high-speed railway. One of the significant differences between the CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track slab system and other ballastless track slab systems is that there is Track Reference Network in the track slab joint. Track Reference Network as a datum for the slab fine adjustment plays a crucial role in CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track system. But compared to other traditional precision control networks, Track Reference Network has a lot of differences and deficiencies, for example, the process of plane network measurement is very cumbersome and heavy workload; There are no tolerances to control the quality of measurement; Both the plane nework and elevation nework are not strict network, so it can not to do rigorous adjustment and evaluate precision. This paper proposes a new track reference network (CPIV network) of high-speed railway, which is more efficacious in outside measurement,more rigorous in inner calculation, more in line with our measurement habit. This paper has researched and analyzed in measurement and data processing method of CPⅣ network, including the following:Firstly, the measurement and data processing method of Track Reference Network have been introduced, aiming at the shortage of Track Reference Network, this paper proposes a new track reference network named CPⅣ network in high-speed railway, and proposes how to lay the position of CPⅣ, the methods of field survey and data processing. With the comparation and analysis of experimental datas, it has verified that the CPIV network has repeatable high precision.Secondly, To structure CPⅣ three-dimensional network by using the raw data, using the method of indirect adjustment to calculate the data of CPIV three-dimensional network, presents the model of adjustment and the method of precision evaluationt; By comparing and analying the experimental datas of CPIV three-dimensional network、CPⅣ plane network and leveling network,it has found that the D-values of experimental result are very small, and have high precision, so CPⅣ three-dimensional network has condition to instead CPⅣ leveling network to structure CPⅣelevation nework.Thirdly, based on difference method,by using the raw data of field survey, this paper has proposed CPⅣ trigonometric elevation network, and according to fixed weight according to the error propagation relationship between indirect height difference and direct observations to weight values of observation, by the way of indirect adjustment to calculate elevation of CPIV, and gives the model of adjustment and the method of precision evaluation. Through the comparation and analysis of the experimental datas, it has verified that the D-values of experimental result are very small, and have high precision, so CPⅣ trigonometric elevation network has condition to instead CPⅣleveling network to structure CPⅣelevation nework.Finally, after got the qualified datas of CPIV network, using CPIV network as a control reference for fine adjustment of track plate and track inspection, through the analyes the experimental results, it has confirmed the feasibility of using CPIV network to fine adjust track plate and inspect track.
