With the rapid development of modern computer technology, large scale integrated circuit technology and modern communication technology, the relevant technology of the measuring instruments has changed dramatically. With modern production technology in science and technology constantly updated, quite a number of traditional mechanical measuring instruments will be gradually replaced by virtual measuring instruments. This virtual instrument designed on the virtual instrument development platform can not only increase or reduce the function of software according to user requirements at any time, but also adopt the embedded platform. The virtual instrument not only has the traditional instrument’s characteristics such as higher accuracy and precision, but also has characteristics of portable, low-power dissipation and easy to use, etc. These characteristics make the virtual instrument become the mainstream gradually.Based on NI company LabVIEW2012 software development platform, the paper design a simple virtual vibration analysis system and through the transplant technology to run the software that developed in PC on embedded system Windows CE experiment platform. The design of the system mainly includes the front real-time data acquisition system, the design on the LabVIEW software in the PC and instrument control panel and display panel displayed when running the software transplanted on the Windows CE experiment platform,etc.Virtual vibration analysis system designed in this paper uses the modular programming ideas. The vibration signals collected by front-end data acquisition module are passed into the data processing module of software for processing. After the completion of the processing, the original signals and the processed signals of vibration signals are displayed. At the same time, some basic test data of the signal are also displayed on the screen as a reference for analysis.
