This paper selects the commonly used principle of the balanced scorecard as theoretical foundation and analyzes company’s present situation and existing problems of performance appraisal on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the balanced scorecard theory combing with ZZ luqiao company project management model. Based on above and the overall framework of project performance evaluation index system of ZZ luqiao company’s overall framework and according to the basic content of the balanced scorecard principle, this paper analyzes ZZ luqiao company project’s general features and dimensions features,namely company’s financial dimension performance evaluation index design, customer dimension performance evaluation index design,internal process dimension performance evaluation index,learning and growth dimension performance evaluation index design,those above form ZZ luqiao company project performa nce evaluation method. On the basis of performance evaluation of company engineering project,this paper formulates implementation principle and implementation pattern of performance evaluation, feedback complaints and application mechanism in accordance with the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),the calculation of the balanced scorecard four dimensions of index weight and the specific calculation steps. Finally,this paper applys the constructed performance evaluation system into ZZ company’s ZK canal bridge project,concludes final performance evaluation result and accordingly puts forward to corresponding suggestions for improvement. |
