Construction On Performance Evaluation System Of NingXia Building Materials Based On Balanced Scorecard

With the continuous development of reform,opening up and urbanization.China has rapidly become the world’s largest infrastructure market,and the demand for infrastructure construction has transitioned from high-speed growth to stable growth..At present,China is full of high-rise buildings and highways.The rapid development of infrastructure construction has promoted the global competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing and released the huge potential of China’s high-growth economy.However,there are still some problems such as unbalanced development and unreasonable structure.There is still a huge demand for infrastructure in the future.As an important raw material of infrastructure construction,cement building materials products still have strong market toughness under the background of positive development of real estate and infrastructure construction.After the supply-side structural reform,the cement industry actively innovates and reforms to optimize the industrial structure,eliminate backward production capacity and continuously improve the situation of excess production capacity.In order to help cement and building materials enterprises achieve the strategic goal of reducing production capacity and stabilizing growth,This paper uses the balanced scorecard model to evaluate the performance of Ningxia Building Materials,the paper gives a brief overview of the historical development of enterprise performance evaluation and balanced scorecard,and introduces the relevant theoretical concepts involved,this paper simply analyzes the specific situation of Ningxia Building Materials,uses the strategic map and SWOT analysis method to carry on the strategic analysis for Ningxia Building Materials,combines the industry characteristic of Ningxia Building Materials to carry on the system construction in five dimensions,finally,a performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard was constructed for Ningxia Building Materials,and the system was implemented using partial data of the enterprise for nearly three years.Through analysis,it is found that the performance of Ningxia Building Materials is higher in 2019.mainly because the enterprises have undertaken a large number of capital construction projects under the background of the steady increase of national capital construction investment in 2019,while stabilizing prices and reducing costs by optimizing internal production processes,there is still a big gap compared with the industry average,mainly due to geographical constraints and other reasons,and finally the system serves the enterprise more efficiently,from the system construction,the management system,the information system and so on proposed the safeguard measure.
