The Research Of Natural Lighting And Lighting Environment Of The Students’ Dormitories Of Colleges In Nanjing

As college dormitories should give consideration to both learning and living needs, it has high illumination requirements. Although the cardinal number of Chinese college dormitory is large, the existing regulation "Architectural lighting design specification" GB/T 50033-2013 has no specially provided for this kind of building. College dormitories do not pay much attention to illumination, so there is little relevant research on it. Through investigation and interview, I found that the day lighting environment of college dormitories in China was unpleasant. Although under the condition that outdoor lighting was good, the dormitories still required artificial lighting which caused energy waste. This paper develops research work aiming at the above problems. In this paper, Nanjing University dormitory different types of college students as subjects, for lighting and lighting conditions dormitory site investigation and field measurements, qualitative and quantitative analysis from a subjective and objective point of view, an overall assessment of the environmental conditions of light in Nanjing dormitory. Based on the measured and questionnaire results that:in all quarters surveyed, external dormitory (bathroom in the room outside) the worst lighting, indoor lighting test students’ satisfaction with the case is lower.According to the problems identified, to an existing external lighting and the worst quarters, for example, to optimize the design, as follows:First, without changing the basic structure of the building premise of the enclosed balcony open; The second step, on the basis of trying to move inside the bathroom. Simulation and verification results show that, if not change the basic structure of existing buildings, it is impossible to meet the needs of indoor lighting. After the move in the bathroom, dormitory indoor lighting situation has greatly improved, and can basically meet the needs of indoor lighting. External hostel itself has some limitations, poor indoor lighting, it is recommended not to use the bathroom next dormitory design external layout.Through a questionnaire survey and analysis of field measurements of lighting conditions and problems of Nanjing University Dormitory, and the problems, to optimize the design from a qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide reference for improving the lighting environment hostel, dormitory study provides some places of the basic data.
