In recent years,a large number of long-span steel bridges have been built because of our rapid progress in infrastructure construction. With the widespread use of large-span steel bridge deck pavement gradually shows its importance. Guss asphalt because of its good water resistance, fatigue resistance, anti-aging properties and for good followers of the steel deck, widely used at home and abroad. Currently, the design method of pouring asphalt mix is similar to a foreign country, after the synthetic fuel consumption graded by experienced trial mix, asphalt content selection and reasonable based on performance indicators. Although this design approach at home and abroad have plenty of experience, and can ensure the basic needs of the project, However, this approach makes obvious characteristic mix volume, internal structure is not clear, there isVery few pouring guss asphalt performance indicators.Only be determined by the amount of asphalt mixture performance indicators there is a certain risk.This article relies on the Chongqing Yongchuan Changjiang River Bridge Guss asphalt Deck Pavement Performance and implementation of research projects, design method with the use of volume mix ratio design, supplemented mobility study, and finally monitoring project implementation through the following conclusions:① Using volumetric mix design method, find the synthesis grading VMA by standard compaction method to determine the amount of asphalt, making the asphalt content is determined on the basis of more;② The 2.36 mm sieve through rate is the thickness of the boundary mesh GA10,by adjusting the 2.36 mm sieve through rate can improve the high temperature stability of mastic asphalt mix, while 0.075 mm sieve through rate can be more significant impact GA10 road performance and workability;③ Different types of asphalt under conditions GA10 performance test results show that the larger the viscosity of asphalt, bitumen based method to determine the amount of volume does not necessarily meet the requirements, this time to consider changes to 0.3 percent asphalt content test, so pick out MCFM;④ Guss asphalt fluidity is affected mainly by the quantity and viscosity of asphalt mortar, the greater the number of asphalt mortar, the lower the viscosity, the fluidity, the better, but also due to a sharp decline in the aging asphalt liquidity.⑤ through the construction site monitoring, test data show that mixes liquidity tomeet the construction requirements, field sampling after forming Penetration specimens,and detect high temperature performance, results showed that meet the design requirements, and high temperature performance is good.
