Vibrating machine in the national economy of many areas such as mining, metallurgy and other sectors has been widely applied, as China’s economic development towards the direction of low carbon energy, some of the traditional vibrating machine which consumes high energy needed to be improved. Because anti-resonance vibrating machine exists the advantage of a high life, low power consumption, low noise and so on, more and more attention has been paid. This paper will utilize anti-resonance vibrating theory to design a large-scale anti-resonance vibrating sieving machine for the productive practice.Anti-resonance vibrating machine is made up of the origin point anti-resonance and cross point anti-resonance, there are two structural forms among cross point anti-resonance. This paper selects the origin point anti-resonance form to design vibrating sieve. Plate spring and cylindrical helical spring of vibration isolation system are designed and checked separately.According to the structure of traditional vibrating sieve, this paper will use PRO/E software to3D design of the anti-resonance sieve program structure, design the sieve case’s program structure of vibrating sieve, and also design two programs structure of anti-resonance body, the first program and the second program of anti-resonance body will be compared. Then vibrator will be assembly designed, while the first program and the second program of the overall structure will be assembly designed, this paper will calculate the quality of various parts and check the interference of structure。After the completion of3D design, finite element method will be used to analyze and forecast the sieve’s properties. In order to get the rigidity and strength this thesis makes modal analysis and static analysis on the sieve case, check whether the actual strength and stiffness to meet the job requirements, improve and enhance the structure of sieve case. It will also have modal analysis and static analysis about the first and the second program structure of anti-resonance body, select the appropriate structure program of anti-resonance body by strength and stiffness, and improve irrational structure. Ultimately it will determine the overall structure of the program, carry out static analysis on the overall structure. This paper will use harmonic response to analyze and forecast the location of anti-resonance point and design the transient analysis method to conduct transient analysis of sieve under the harmonic force. It can get the nodes stress in the dynamic.Prediction of technical properties will be made to sieve, MATLAB is used for the simulation of the vibrating sieve, which include the effect of the material changes on the stability of the anti-resonance point and vibrating force not through the center of mass. Those factors that affect the work performance of sieve should be given in the process of design.
