In this we main solute how to select the applicable speed control technology for specific way, how to make people obey the speed limit standard, how to control the speed within the scope of the standard of speed limit.The research object of this article is city road, and it has few systematically research about its speed limit method and speed control technology in the domestic, and this topic research aimed to provide theoretical support for domestic urban road speed limit method. it can balance the contradiction between running efficiency and the traffic safety on the road, to provide practical and reliable basis for road management, to make up for the deficiencies of the current urban road speed limit, to ensure the safety and efficient of people travel, and to speed up the development of traffic construction.
