Steel-concrete composite beam gives full play to both steel and concrete advantages. Based on the prefabricated steel truss-concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge put forward by professor Zhixiang Zhou, bridge deck design principle in a particular span is further studied. The main aspects are as follows:â‘ Introduced the prefabricated steel truss-concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge, whose main span is 386m, analyzed its overall performance, and demonstrated its mechanical rationality;â‘¡ Studied the deck structure and size, raised two reserved hole schemes for shear connector installing along the deck depth, which are variant scheme and invariant scheme, respectively. Compared the finite element analysis of both schemes.â‘¢ Designed the longitudinal and transverse prestress schemes, and analyzed deck displacement and stress on each construction stage, which provides a reference for practical application.â‘£ Put forward "Elastic Modulus modification method", which just creates the deck model for analysis but includes the steel girder influences on deck compressive stiffness. This method simplifies deck displacement calculation on different deck presressing stages and has more accurate results. |
