| Considering the existing problem of the continuous rigid frame bridge, such asuncontrollable shrinkage and creep, excessive mid-span sag, serious cracks and limitedspan rage, Prof. ZhiXiang Zhou come up with the ideal of assembled concrete steelcomposite continuous rigid frame truss bridge (ACSCT). Based on the ideal,Research Group of Prof. Zhou has done a series of deep going study under theleadership of Pro. Zhou. Summarizing the current achievement of the author’s group,the conceptualized design method, estimation means and fast analysis calculation hasbeen researched in this paper. The main subject of this paper is as follow:①The conceptualized design method of assembled concrete steel compositecontinuous rigid frame truss bridge was studied from the aspect of structural systemand cross section. The design conception of this structure was proposed. Analyses ofThe key parameters value, special structures and construction method were made onthe view of conceptualized design.②The concept of bending moment released factor was put forward. Estimationmeans of the ACSCT were founded on the base of bending moment released factor.The comparison of the Estimation means results and FEA outcomes was made, whichproved the feasibility of Estimation means.③The specialized parametric finite element calculating program of ACSCT wasdeveloped on the ANSYS-APDL platform. The correctness of the program wastestified though the comparison between the result of it and professional softwareMIDAS. With the help of specialized parametric program, single parameter analyseswere made, so that proposed value range of the key design parameters was putforward.④The conceptualized design of Rong Jiang grand bridge was made by the meansof the conceptualized design method, estimation calculation means and specializedparametric program. The proposed scheme of this bridge was put forward. |
