With the traffic load and natural environment, property of flexible pavements deteriorates gradually. Therefore, lots of pavements need to repair in large-scale after using a long time, which will bring large numbers of waste asphalt mixture. Therefore, it is important to regenerate the waste asphalt mixture in order to protect environment and economize resource. But one of the difficulties of recycling waste asphalt mixture is that the research of aging mechanism and regeneration mechanism lacked depth, the other is producing excellent recycling agent is lacking of sound theoretical guidance.Through the rotary film aging test interior analog asphalt aging process and analysis the asphalt pavement performance of before and after the aging, four-component analysis and dynamic rheological, the article research on aging mechanism of the mixing, paving and the using asphalt. The results show that:at the aging process, asphalt’s residue penetration declined, the residual ductility reduced, softening point increased, mass loss increased; aromatic sub-bituminous, sub-saturated reduced, asphaltenes increase, glial increase after decrease; shear rheological target of asphalt and the aging asphalt G*, G’, G", G*/sinδ and δ was the relationship y=aebx with temperature T. Asphalt aging caused an increase in flexibility components, which makes the rheological properties of asphalt from the side into a side elastic viscous.This paper studied that regenerant impacted on the performance indicators and component of three-year, five years, nine years aging asphalt. Study showed that: the asphalt after renewable which penetration increased, softening point lowed ductility increased, viscosity lowed. Their saturation, aromatics, glial increased while asphaltene decreased in the percentage; index of rheological properties G*, G’, G" and G*/sinδ decreased, and δ increases with the amount of regenerant. Asphalt from some of the more obvious non-Newtonian fluid of the flexibility back to the nature of Newtonian fluid.Combined renewable sources examples of highway Beijing-Zhuhai, Hubei, this paper studied that regenerant impacted on road performance of the renewable asphalt mixture. In the different blending ratio of old mixture, selected with the same oilstone and level with different types of new asphalt to do asphalt mixture testing, the paper studied the performance of asphalt mixture changed after adding regenerant. The results showed that the regeneration lead the volume of mixture performance and the water-stable performance to improve, and freeze-fracturing experiments showed that low temperature performance of the mixture also improved.
