Waste asphalt mixture recycling technology, is need to renovation of old asphalt pavement, in new materials after recycling, new or revised mixing regenerant asphalt road meet requirements of the regeneration technique of asphalt mixture. Recycling of asphalt mixture is a kind of economy, environmental protection and meet the requirements of the sustainable development road repair technology, so the cycle thermal regeneration of waste asphalt mixture has important theoretical significance and practical value.Combining with the Chongqing municipal science and technology research project "key technology of waste asphalt mixture circulation heat regeneration and application research, study the aging mechanism of asphalt and the regeneration mechanism, and thus developed a new regeneration agent.First of all, through macro and micro test study on mechanism of asphalt aging and regeneration, such as testing components of asphalt content, penetration, softening point, ductility and viscosity and the aging properties, the development of a new type of environmental regeneration agent and apply for the national invention patent, to improve the aging performance of asphalt, and enhance the durability of recycled asphalt roadbed, to provide scientific theoretical basis for waste recycling of asphalt pavement in our country.Then, combined with the basis of the recycled asphalt performance test, including the component analysis, three major indexes of recycled asphalt test, viscosity test, aging test, etc., the regeneration effect study of regenerant, evaluation of effect on the improvement of the aging asphalt regeneration agent.Secondly, combined with YuChang expressway in Chongqing and Chongqing municipal road, Jiangbei road thermal regeneration project, through the recycling of waste asphalt mixture, laboratory extraction, recycling old asphalt regenerate asphalt and asphalt mixture of road performance study, on-the-spot sampling test. According to the test results combined with the oretical analysis, and further improves the performance of the regenerative agent, the optimum dosage of regenerative agent, the preparation technology of regenerative agent, as well as regeneration agent on the use of recycled asphalt mixture performance.Finally, economic benefits and social benefits of regenerant analysis evaluation, the development of regenerant and feasibility, the economy and environmental protection for the recycling of asphalt pavement in China provide certain reference value.After all, waste asphalt mixture recycling technology is good for our country,and it has important theoretical significance and practical value.
