Currently, the method of bridge construction site inspection including dynamic and static loads test, checking the status quo structure, structural defects and the durability of non-destructive testing, etc., where the bridge load test with its high reliability, and other characteristics to be targeted are widely used, but also bridge carrying capacity assessment is more effective and has been widely recognized by the industry approach.
