Highway in C hina has begun to gradually from "building" to "maintenance" in recent years, the early construction of the highway has entered the stage of large or medium repair. On the one hand, the construction of highway in our country needs a large number of asphalt materials, on the other hand, road maintenance service have a lot of old asphalt abandoned. Therefore, use the regenerative techno logy for recycling of waste asphalt material is very meaningful in today’s era of a terrible shortage of natural resources.In use process, after the completion of the asphalt pavement under the comprehensive effect of various factors can produce a series of complex irreversible changes, road performance gradually reduce, usually say "ageing" of asphalt. Regeneration of asphalt pavement is through the regeneration process of utmost reduce the adverse impact on the asphalt aging process, restore old asphalt inherent performance. Plant mixed cool regenerated technology with can improve the advantages of various pavement diseases has extensive application in the field of asphalt pavement regeneration. Central plant cold recycling because of the advantages of can improve a variety of pavement, so it is widely used in the field of asphalt pavement recycling.In this paper, relying on science and technology project of transportation hall project in Guizhou province——the research of asphalt pavement cold recycling technology system central in mountainous area, namely the asphalt concrete pavement maintenance of G60(guizhou, gui- new section). Then establish the pavement condition evaluation model to determine the timing of asphalt pavement recycling base on the investigation of traffic flow, pavement type, curing condition and the evaluation of old asphalt and aggregate gradation.Using the asphalt extraction test and combustion test make the asphalt and aggregate separated completely from the reclaimed asphalt pavement. found that the properties of old asphalt is different because of different sections, different paths, different pavement structure, and aggregate gradation of the reclaimed asphalt pavement is also different with different recycling technology of recycling, these different are the variability. Analyzed the causes of variability of material three indices and asphalt content and aggregate grading of old material emphatically, and the relationship between reclaimed asphalt pavement and the different material source, recycling old asphalt pavement structure layer and different recovery technologies.RAP material is the main raw material of cold recycled asphalt mixture, so the variability of RAP material has a direct impact on the quality variation of recycled asphalt mixture, then affects the regeneration asphalt roadbed road performance. This paper uses the orthogonal test analysis the influence law of performance with the variability of RAP material, including high temperature and low temperature and resistance to water damage of recycled asphalt mixture. The results showed that properties of asphalt RAP materials, asphalt content, aggregate gradation of variation of recycled asphalt mixture of road performance influence size order: asp halt properties of RAP material>asphalt content>aggregate gradation.Finally, the paper puts forward reasonable measures to control the variability of RAP material control. Mainly from the old material recycling process and material recycling classification and RAP material pretreatment process and cold re generation construction process, and so on. Ensure the quality of recycled asphalt mixture is reliable and the stability of the road pavement is and regeneration.
