This paper aims at the requirements of the parameter examination in the uranium isotope separation plants. Analysis the structure of the original examine system, data communication method, data structure etc,combine the data collectting technique application in domestic and international, developed "the parameter measurement system of gas centrifuges". Its significance is which can satisfy the requirements of uranium isotope separation plants for the real-time measuring and controlling.Aiming at the data structure complications, the pulse of data period short condition, this paper designe the two class system structure.the upper computer as the administer, mainly face to operater.The next machine complete data collecting,facing to a production line.This paper analyzed the original examine system working mode, data structure, adopting ADVANTECH PCI-1753 card, combining interupt source triggering technique, serial communication and data collectting technique, built up the system software mode with VB program. This paper assumes the method which can convert the original examine system square, word information into decimal system. Mainly discussed the data format, and how distinguish the data information.The paper design industrial software structure, especially introduce the function of software mode and key technique. Use Mathematical Statistics theories estimates friction loss error. Use fault diagnosis technique, and analysis fault reason.This study will wholly replace complete sets of equipment imported from abroad which is used for measuring and controlling subsystem. Through this study, the advanced control concept, control method, measurement and control technology are introduced to the branches and staffs engaging in instrumentation automation. Through this study, we provide new ideas for our plant to renovate automatic control system and design measurement and control system in separation production lines of the home-made centrifuges.
