Based On The Fire Escape To Monitor Fire Safety Management Research

With the development of automobile industry, more and more people use cars in their daily life and work, and with the increasing of urban traffic, the problem of car storage and scare urban land becomes increasingly serious. Especially in some old village with less normative parking design, the amount of parking space and the proportion of residents are seriously imbalanced. The residents park the car everywhere and the phenomenon is especially obvious at night, blocking the fire escape way, which causes some security danger. Fire life channel is the guarantee people’s personal and property safety of important channel, is an important part of public fire safety system, but along with the increase in community residents vehicles, common residential areas around the fire channel is occupied by a lot of phenomenon of life, constitutes a threat to public safety. Throughout around the fire accident in recent years, many of them because the fire should life obstruction and delayed the rescue time, caused the personal casualties and serious economic losses.Based on theory of urban fire escape safety management at home and abroad, and from how to lay out the monitoring point, I carries on the preliminary analysis on urban fire escape way safety management, and put forward the channel flow velocity ratio in the video monitoring status, By reasonably selecting, video monitoring points arrangement, establish a video monitor early warning platform, so as to effectively prevent the channel to be blocked, and ensure people’s life and property safety. The eighteenth CPC National Congress depicts the build of a well-off society in an all-round way and the grand blueprint of accelerating socialist modernization.At present, the fire life channel video monitoring system is still in the initial stage of development in our country. Lack of civil fire consciousness, an excess of human factors, insufficient fire funds investment and the passive state to put out a fire are the mainly problems. Through the field implementation and practical understanding of the life channel monitoring system in Chengdu PI county fire brigade, it is pointed out the urban fire escape safety management problems and deficiencies in this article. Therefore, this paper puts forward to implementing the "Hereby of the People’s Republic of China, and to improving the unblocked congestion escape channel of the monitoring and early warning mechanism through the possible fire hazard warning of the channel flow model.
