HXD1C electric locomotive used on an artery, high-speed, overloading for the line section provides a reliable guarantee power, but by the section is given priority to with high mountains, slopes, the traction of the play will be restricted by rail and wheel on the adhesion between, especially when the locomotive running on the wet track, because the adhesion is reduced, it is easy to appear idling, makes in the poor mountainous roads occurred in the process of railway transport rain stop, slow slope, wheel/rail abrasion phenomenon is particularly prominent.In order to improve the adhesion coefficient, usually takes the way of sanding, but only rely on to improve adhesion coefficient anti-slip effect is not ideal. Then, many researchers have devoted to improve the adhesion of locomotive utilization research, the purpose is as far as possible in a limited range of adhesion coefficient to improve the utilization rate of adhesion, make the system not only has the function of anti-slip, and make the traction locomotive can play as much as possible.This article through the analysis of the traction calculation and creep theory, based on the principle of practical, the system analyzed by correction control mechanism, adjust the control parameters to enhance both type HXD1C locomotive adhesion control performance, whether can meet under the condition of simulated rain,12‰ stop starting test on the ramp slope, and according to the theoretical calculation analysis and comparison of the traction test results, from a technical point discussed under the condition of existing lines scientific nature, safety and feasibility of the tons of efficiency.
