| In the nations of the world, heavy haul railway structure is mainly to deal with ballasted track, some tunnel sections with ballastless track structure. With the development of technology of heavy haul railway and increasing load of heavy haul train axle, the dynamic interaction between the vehicle and the ballastless track structure will continue to increase, and also put forward higher requirements for the design of ballastless track structure. Therefore, research of ballastless track structure of heavy haul railway in tunnel sections by the dynamic method improves the service ability of the ballastless track and ensures the running safety and stability, which has important theoretical significance and practical value.This article established the heavy load vehicles-ballastless track coupling dynamics simulation model and analyzed heavy haul freight car through ballastless track of tunnel sections dynamic characteristics systematically, which mainly took the object by the 30t axis load heavy haul railway. The main research contents are as follows:(1)The domestic and foreign application of ballastless track in heavy haul railway tunnel sections and research status of ballastless track dynamics were summarized and analyzed. The research ideas, contents and technical route of the thesis were put forward.(2)The heavy haul freight car model was established based on SIMPACK software wheel module and the rail and bed slab which was simulated by beam element and shell element was carried on the structure and mode analysis based on ANSYS software, which applied multi-body dynamics theory and finite element method. And on this basis of using the software of SIMPACK FEMBS function and the wheel rail contact function, the vehicle-ballastless track coupling dynamics of rigid flexible space model was established in heavy haul railway tunnel sections.(3)Using the established heavy load vehicles-ballastless track coupling dynamics simulation model, a comparative analysis on dynamic response characteristics of heavy load vehicle-ballastless track system was completed when the 30t axis load heavy haul freight car passed the CRTS I slab ballastless track, CRTS I double-block ballastless track and elastic supporting block ballastless track. The type selected suggestion of ballastless track in heavy haul railway tunnel sections was put forwad.(4)Using the established heavy load vehicles-ballastless track coupling dynamics simulation model, the dynamic influence law of heavy load vehicle-ballastless track system which include vehicle speed, rail type, the stiffness of supporting block, supporting block spacing, bed slab width, bed slab thickness and tunnel foundation stiffness was analyzed, which could get the reasonable suggestions of structure parameters of elastic supporting block type ballastless track in heavy haul railway tunnel sections. |
