Heavy haul railway has been widely used and developed rapidly in the world today,because of its advantages of high efficiency,low cost,large traffic volume and pollution and light dyeing.In order to better achieve economic and social needs,speeding up and increasing axle load of heavy haul railway has become the main development direction of Heavy Haul Railway Technology in China.However,no matter the increase of speed or axle load,the heavy load truck runs on the rail line at high speed,and the dynamic interaction force between the wheel and rail will increase,which causes the damage to the track structure and the deformation of the line,so that the construction of the vehicle and track line and the cost of the maintenance and maintenance of the track line will be greatly increased.In particular,the transition section of the basic connection under different tracks,as the weak link of heavy haul railway lines,will inevitably lead to the aggravation of the line disease due to the difference of strength,stiffness and settlement,which makes the operation of heavy haul freight car safety,reliability and other hidden dangers.Therefore,it is of great significance for the efficient development of the heavy haul railway in China to solve the catastrophe of the stiffness of the rail transition section and set up an economical and applicable transition section.Based on the theoretical knowledge of the vehicle track coupling dynamic system,this paper fully references and studies the relevant research results of the predecessors.In order to simulate the dynamic response of the ballast track on the heavy load railway and the ballastless track transition section in the tunnel,the space coupling simulation of the vehicle track transition section should be established with the large commercial finite element software ABAQUS.Model?This paper introduces the process of the simulation model of the track transition section in detail,including the heavy load truck model,the solid ballastless track model,the solid ballast track model,the transition section model,the wheel rail contact model and the random irregularity model of the track.Using the coupled dynamic model of the ballast track on the heavy load railway subgrade and the transition section of the ballastless track in the tunnel,the dynamic characteristics of the rail stiffness,the speed and the axle weight of the railway are analyzed,and the dynamic characteristics of the heavy Railway Transition Section studied in this paper are analyzed.The necessity of setting up the crossing section on the heavy haul railway and finding out the factors that affect the dynamic performance of the transition section.This paper mainly aims at the research on the treatment measures of various transition sections of ballast track and ballastless track at home and abroad.The rationality and applicability are compared and analyzed.Three kinds of optimization schemes for this model are put forward,and the theoretical knowledge of vehicle track coupling dynamic system is used,and the vibration characteristics of train,rail and track are studied and analyzed.Finally,reasonable suggestions for construction methods of ballast track and ballastless track transition section of heavy haul railway subgrade are put forward.
