The development of the high-speed railway was the most important part of strategy of Chinese railway construction.The high-speed railway had some characteristics.such as high speed,high track regularity,high cost etc.Track regularity was the foundation and guarantee for the safe running of the high speed. The dynamic detection and the static detection were two detection methods of track regularity:the dynamic detection was that dynamic inspection checked the quality of track:the static detection was that the track geometry measurement instruement checked track irregularity.The main content of this paper researched the detection of track geometry measurement instrument and precision control index, such as:Firstly, the paper researched the establishment of detection field. The verification item of the track geometry measurement instruement decided the conditions of the detection field.and introduced the shape of the network, measuring method and data processing method of CPâ…¢,and free station and polar coordinates surveyed plane coordinate of left and right track.and electronic level surveyed altitude of left and right track.and track gauge ruler surveyed gauge and level of track. Through analysising of experimental data, confirmed that measurement precision of plane coordinate, altitude and gauge could reach the requirement of the calibration of track geometry measurement instrument.Secondly, the paper researched calculation of track regularity parameters of the detection field in any mileage. According to plane coordinate and altitude of left and right track, and gauge of track from firstly, fitted the line of the central line of track and the altitude-mile line of left and right track, and then calculated track regularity parameters of the detection field in any mileage.Thirdly, the paper studied on the detection method of the track geometry instrument and precision control index.The track geometry instrument surveyed the track regularity parameters of detection field,and calculated the difference between the measured value and the reference value of track regularity parameters and repeat measurement difference of the track geometry instrument in the same mileage.and analysised difference and limit error.and appraised the measurement accuracy of the track geometry instrument. Through analysising of experimental data, confirmed that the theory of the detection method of the track geometry instrument and precision control index is reasonable.Fourthly, basing on the above researches, developed the data processing software, which had fast computation of data and graphics display function. |
