With the development of high-speed railway, the safety of track run and the comfort of travel have a stricter demand for the irregulation of track. Precise track adjustment is a key factor to ensure track geometrical condition. Whether transit testing and commissioning or operation and maintenance need adjust the track. In the process of track adjustment, software is used to manage the data of track static detection. But the existing tracks static detection data management software has some shortcomings. Fine adjustment of track is an iterative process, and it is very difficult to meet the requirements of the rules by one time. How the track’s degree of improvement after last adjustment could be shown. The process of track adjustment, which just one sleeper could be adjusted every time, will result in a lot of time consumed. For lack of existing data management software for track static detection, it is necessary to explore a method and software of data management for track static detection in high-speed railway.Firstly, according to the content of track static detection, the calculation method of design coordinates, design elevation and mileage of measured point in track centerline and the corresponding left and right rails, parameters of track geometrical condition are sorted out. Then parameters of track geometrical condition are analyzed, and their statistical information is gotten. The statistics and graphics of different stages with the same mileage are compared with each other, and the degree of improvement after track adjustment is found out. The graphics device interface plus (including drawing surface, coordinate transformation, classes and objects as well as graphics processing method related to the use of drawing graph) are used to draw a graph which horizontal axis is Sleeper’number and vertical axis is deviation. The amount of adjustment is counted by catching coordinate on the graph to structure beeline, and the limit of choosing beeline is counted too. Finally, data management software for track static detection in high-speed railway is developed by C sharp.The system is tested by measured data. This system has functions that the data of track geometrical condition parameters is shown by form and graph, the statistics and graphics of different stages with the same mileage are compared with each other. Track is similarly adjusted by catching coordinate on the graph to structure beeline in a very short time.The test results show that the system improves the efficiency of track static detection data management, and the time of track adjustment is saved. This system would haves some reference value in practical engineering applications.
