With the development of related power electronic technology and the increase of circuit topology in recently years, there have been produced bidirectional DC/DC topology. It can make the power flow in either direction in the advantages of small volume, low cost, high efficiency, good dynamic performance with wide application prospect. For the circuit topology and control method, the paper is researched comprehensively and thoroughly. A interleaved bidirectional DC/DC converter is realized by DSP.First, this paper summarizes the basic isolated and non-isolated bidirectional DC/DC converter about circuit topology and related property. Taking bidirectional Buck-Boost with the most widely used as an object of study, the working principle and characteristics of interleaved bidirectional DC/DC converter in step-up and step-down operation modes were investigated in order to show the interleaved bidirectional topology can effectively reduce current ripple, reduce the volume of storage elements, improve system power density. The paper point out current equalization of interleaved bidirectional topology is caused by the difference between modules and deciding solution.Then, dynamic small-signal modes of the interleaved bidirectional DC/DC converter under two different operation modes are derived by state-space averaging method for the design of corresponding voltage loop, current loop PI controller. At the same time, the corresponding frequency domain curve is plotted by MATLAB to verify the reasonableness of PI controller.Finally, a 2KW prototype interleaved bidirectional DC/DC converter are done. This paper introduces the design of main circuit and control circuit about converter and detail working principle of the parts of key hardware such as sample conditioning circuit, protection circuit, IGBT driver circuit. At the same time, the DSP control system programming is completed in the CCS6.0 software compile environment. This paper introduces the design ideas of Main function, ADC interrupt function, PWM interrupt function and part of the code is given. The experimental prototype is debugging operation to initially verify the theoretical analysis and design requirements of this article.
