In recent years,with the increment of environmental pollution and the gradual decrease of non-renewable energy sources,new energy power generation technology has been widely used.The integration of new energy generation through micro-grids can greatly enhance the flexibility of transmission and distribution of electricity,as well as consumption.However,the demand of micro-grid for power storage technology is multifaceted.The current application of energy storage technology in the micro-grid is faced with many challenges.As an important component of energy storage device module,bidirectional DC/DC converter has important research significance in solving power storage technology.An interleaved bidirectional DC/DC converter is designed in this article.And switch style is researched too.Specific work is as follows.Firstly,this article introduces the research background and significance of dc micro-grid and bidirectional dc/dc converter.By comparing the several traditional bidirectional DC/DC converter,choosing the interleaved bidirectional Buck/boost as the converter in the dc micro-grid.The circuit is modeled and analyzed in detail.The controller of interleaved and paralleled buck/boost circuit is designed.Secondly,completing the hardware design of bi-directional DC /DC system,including driving and protection circuit,sample conditioning circuit and starting circuit;component parameter calculation and selection;digital control software design.The operation control method of bidirectional DC / DC converter is studied in detail.The process of battery charging and discharging is analyzed through simulation.Based on this,the bi-directional DC / DC converter can be verified that the bus voltage can be stabilized.An prototype of 3k W bi-directional interleaved Buck/boost converter is built to simulate various working modes in the micro-grid energy storage.The results show that the designed bi-directional Buck/boost converter has good steady state and dynamic performance.Fourthly,by analyzing and researching the traditional bi-directional DC / DC converter topologies,an improved bi-directional DC/DC converter topology is proposed,and the improved converter is simulated and verified.
